Credential Verification
All Institutions & Individuals requesting verification of Student Credentials,
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Higher Institute of Business and Management Sciences (HIBAMS) – Bali has been attending to request for verification of credentials from local and foreign institutions since 2003, without a fee. The number of cases attended to, has been on the rise since then, putting enormous pressure on the resources of the University. To improve on this service, and better serve you, we have decided to charge a fee for this service. You shall be required to pay a fee, for the verification of student credentials as from the 1st of Jan 2015, as follows:

Mode of Payment:
Payment shall be done by any of the following means:
At the Receipt Control Office of HIBAMS, Bali.
Express Union, MTN Mobile Money, ECOBANK, VISA, and Master Card on the institution’s Online Portal. Click here to proceed with payment and verification.
Mode of Action:
For institutions or individuals who choose to use the online portal, a complete request shall comprise a completed form, obtainable from the institution’s online portal and an attachment made up of the document(s) to be verified.
For those who choose to make their request manually, a complete request shall comprise a completed form, obtainable from HIBAMS, Bali Receipt Control Office, an attachment made up of the document(s) to be verified, and a receipt of payment of the appropriate fee. The complete file shall then be deposited at the Mail Office, Room 116, Central Administration of HIBAMS, Bali.
Upon confirmation of the payment by authorities of the University, you shall be notified electronically, after which you will receive a response to your request within three working days (72 hours).
Incomplete requests shall not be treated.
